"I have known RL for many years. In 2015 I called him interested in buying precious metals and wanted his opinions on some things about the markets and soon after I became a client. It’s incredible what this man knows about the markets, bullion, the Federal Reserve, and how he puts it all together to teach and advise so anyone can understand it all. His knowledge has helped me profit every year since I’ve done business with him! Thanks, RL"
"RL has years of knowledge when it comes to the history of the Federal Reserve and why the dollar is depreciating. Because of his education, I am purchasing precious metals to secure our finances. I am extremely thankful for his incredible advice."
"RL took his personal experiences (and losses) from the Crash of 2008 and made it his mission to learn all he could about the markets, the Federal Reserve System, the Central Banks, the investment and brokerage houses, and how they are all intertwined with politics. He took this education and utilized it to protect himself and build wealth. Today he takes this knowledge and teaches others. As someone who use to be part of that system, I know all too well what it did and continues to do to hurt many people in this country. RL paid attention and learned much from myself and other mentors of his and mine over these last years. His analysis is always formidable and strategic. I trust his judgement and trust his council, especially when it comes to precious metals. I am proud to say that my former student has now become my teacher."
"I’ve known RL since we were teenagers. We’ve remained close to this day and I consider him a ‘go-to’ friend as well as a confidant. He’s always been an entrepreneur of sorts, never afraid of tackling anything. Even when he got cancer, and lost most everything he had built to pay for medical expenses, he never complained and always forged ahead. Ever the optimist, he’s always tried to succeed at anything he does and never quits. He’s helped a lot of people along the way, many times putting their needs before his own. I can’t say that about many people. When he left NASCAR and got into the financial world, many of us thought he had lost his damned mind. Fortunately for myself and others I know, we’re all glad he did. His uncanny knowledge of gold and silver and the markets has helped me and ‘the old gang’ do much better financially in our latter years. You would be wise to listen to him; his advice has made me a small fortune."
"I first met RL when he was engaged to my sister. When she was diagnosed with breast cancer, he dropped everything and put his career on hold to help out. When she died, unbeknownst to the family, she had chosen RL to be the executor of her estate. As it would turn out, RL made the decision to set up a Memorial Trust in her name. To this day his manages that trust, and the annual proceeds continue to help many children in need. Yes, he did my sister and our family proud. I took his advice years back and finally started buying gold and silver just like he does. My metals portfolio value has tripled since then. With all the uncertainty in the markets, I sleep well at night knowing that my metals will protect my investments and what I’ve built in the days to come. Many thanks RL!"
"We were never really taught much about finances or investing back in school. We were taught to make good grades, get a good job, work hard, get a mortgage, and put back some money for retirement, just like our parents had done. We were never taught about ‘real money’ until a few years ago when we reconnected with RL. All of this stuff about gold and silver never made sense to us, until RL explained it all. He took the time to educate us and shared what he did and how he did it. We watched the videos that he posted and started reading some books he recommended. He taught us how to read our 401statements. He showed us what we were actually making, and then how much our broker was making. We were shocked! We had no idea how bad the banks and our brokerage firm had been ripping us off. We took his advice, set up an ‘action plan’ as he describes it, and we’re very glad we did! We rolled over our 401’s into precious-metals backed self-directed IRA’s. We took some extra cash we had and bought silver and gold. Best financial education and advice we’ve ever received! Thank you RL !"
"After the Crash in 2008, we lost over 50% of our 401. The appraised value of our home dropped over 30% by mid 2009. Then in the Spring of 2010 my wife lost her job at a well-known Charlotte bank. Our combined incomes had been cut in half over the previous two years. We were totally stressed out all the time trying to figure it all out. We had too much debt and no real plan to address it. In 2013 I kept seeing RL’s posts on Face Book and his web site and that raised a lot of questions. We started talking to RL and he helped us devise a plan that worked for us to get caught up and get ahead. Part of that plan was to set-up a precious metals savings account outside of the traditional banking system. We did this every month. Sometimes it was just a few coins, and when we had some extra, we bought more. Now we are ahead of the game and have managed to save real assets that continue to appreciate in value each year. We’ve got an emergency fund and are paying off our house through a HELOC that he showed us about as opposed to having a traditional mortgage. Instead of having a mortgage payment for the next 15 years, with our HELOC we’ll have it paid off in just 3-4 years. Like RL says, the schools never teach anyone any of this because they don’t want us to know."
"We first met RL years ago when he lived near us in Lake Norman NC. When the stock market blew-up in 2008, we almost lost our home months later when my Aaron lost his job and we thought we were going to have to let it go. I reached out to RL and he worked with us to help us establish a plan with the bank so we could keep it. He showed us how we could leverage what we did have to restructure our debt and then pay it off while building our credit back. It was a good plan although it took some discipline and changing our spending and investing habits. We’ve been a client of RL’s for over ten years. Today we have no debt and have re-built our assets and portfolio. We’re very glad we found RL and are very thankful for his continued help."
“I first met RL in the late 80’s when we hired his company as a vendor with our bank. His attention to detail and his follow up really impressed me, and I’m not easily impressed. I’ve always respected RL given everything he went through with cancer in the 90’s and how he came through it all, only to then risk everything to start his NASCAR company. Many doubted him in that venture back then saying he couldn’t do it. But he did it anyway despite the nay-sayers. That company turned out to become very successful. One thing about RL is that he has always been smart, sees the value in mentorship, plans very well, and he never quits. He has this uncanny ability to research things and see what others don’t. It was RL who convinced me to start buying gold and silver, which is ironic since I was so engrained with the Federal Reserve and their ‘funny money’ as RL likes to call it. Many thanks, long life, and may you have continued success my friend!"
"I first met Ray at UNC-Charlotte and got to know him more when I transferred to NC State. We both worked at WRAL-TV in Raleigh NC while attending State, which is where he introduced me to Joni C., who would later become my wife when we both ended up working for Turner Broadcasting in Atlanta. Ray has always been an entrepreneur and forward- thinking. I took his advice back then and still do, especially when it comes to owning silver and gold, and mining stocks. Some of his predictions along the way didn’t seem to make sense, until they did. His advice has made me and Joni some great money and I’m glad we listened to him. Now I’m teaching my own son and daughter RL’s lessons on real financial education. RL, you’ve always been a great friend and trusted confidant. We thank you and love you."
